It may not be the cricket season at the moment but Sileby Town are looking for their members, young and old, to do their bit.

Costcutter Sileby has given the club the opportunity to earn some much needed winter cash by packing the shopping for their customers on the run up to Christmas. Our thanks go, once again, to Mark Swatland of Costcutter for giving the club this fantastic opportunity again.

We are looking for volunteers to help out for just two hours stints on either Friday 23rd or Saturday 24th December. Packing starts at 9am and finishes at around 7pm.

The Club has been doing this for a number of years and it's good fun and is an excellent opportunity to take part in fund raising for the club, which raised around £1,000 during 2010.

All of the money raised will be used to continually upgrade our facilities and hopefully we can raise enough money to have a large viewing window fitted in the clubhouse to replace our existing small windows.

If you can give up a couple of hours, please let Richard James know. He can be contacted on 07713 132650.
