Sileby Town Ladies have been successful in their application to join the Ladies Midlands League and will begin their participation in the 2009 season.

The move is very much a positive one for Gill Loveridge and her charges and one that was identified as a necessary step in order for the Ladies XI to maintain its current growth.

As normal, Sileby Town Ladies are looking to recruit new players going in to the winter nets programme and are looking for players of any amount of experience.

Any youngsters, or new starters, are encouraged to attend the beginners sessions with Head Coach Richard James on a Sunday evening at Ratcliffe College (6pm to 7pm), while any more experienced players are asked to contact Gill directly either via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or on 07966 979370.

Sileby Town looks forward to welcoming all of the clubs from the Midlands League to Mill Lane during 2009.
