Sileby Town has been chosen to host a charity clash between two offices for Leicester based utility company British Gas Business.

The game is due to take place on Friday 15 August, with a 2.30pm start.

All funds raised from the match will be split between the designated charities chosen by the BGB offices from Leicester and Oxford, which are the Oncology Ward at the Leicester Royal Infirmary and ROSY for the Oxford office.

Sileby's Dave King and former Sileby players Rob Moore and Chris Bailey will be taking the field for the Leicester team as they look to take the bragging rights.

The Oncology Ward at the LRI was chosen by the Leicester team following the death of BGB employee Sarah Brookes, who was a much loved and vibrant member of the company, from cancer in her early 20s.

Everyone is welcome to attend, with a BBQ being on during the day and the bar being open from 2pm.
